Cancellations – All orders and requested cancellations are subject to a 10% NON-REFUNDABLE Service Fee. SIONICS Weapon Systems takes no satisfaction in charging this Service Fee, but due to costs that we incur when processing an order and cancelling you order, there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.
Returns – No item may be returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number from our Customer Service Department. Non-Defective items can only be returned if they were purchased directly from www.sionicsweaponsystems.com and must be returned in unused condition and in the original packaging with all parts and accessories. Customer’s must request an RMA within 3 days. Dealers must request an RMA within 24 Hours of delivery for a full credit towards future purchases. Shipping and Handling charges incurred by the Customer or Dealer will not be refunded.
Restocking Fee – SIONICS does not charge restocking fees for returns of defective products. If you have received the wrong product or it doesn’t match what was shown on our website or we have made some other shipping error, there will be NO restocking fee and NO charge for a return label, provided the item is within its return policy period. You may receive a partial refund to the original form of payment it you return Non-Defective item within the item’s return policy period in original, undamaged packaging. Partial refunds will be based on 75% of the item’s purchase price.
Warranty – SIONICS Complete Firearms, Upper Receivers and Lower Receivers Warranty
SIONICS Weapon Systems Complete Rifles, Complete Upper Receivers and Complete Lower Receivers are Guaranteed to Run for Life, Period. If you shoot out the barrel, we’ll replace it. If you need replacement parts, we’ll send them to you. If you break your Rifle, we’ll fix it. If your Rifle is taken into evidence after Justifiable Use of Deadly Force, we’ll replace it for you. Let’s break that down for you.
- Who is Covered – Anyone with an unaltered Complete SIONICS Firearm, Upper Receiver or Lower Receiver
- What is Covered – Anything and Everything related to the function of Complete Firearms, Upper Receivers and Lower Receivers
- What is Not Covered –
- (1) Modifying the internals of the Complete Firearm, Upper Receiver or Lower Receiver.
- (2) Using Non-Factory Ammunition (aka Reloads)
- (3) Careless Handling, Abuse or Misuse
- (4) Rust or Corrosion
- (5) Barrel Obstruction
- (6) Altering or Modifying existing Parts
- (7) Damages caused by failure to perform normal maintenance
- (8) Damages due to high velocity, high pressure, reloaded, remanufactured, or other non-standard ammunition
- (9) Cosmetic damages
- (10) Dimensional alterations caused from Cerakote or Paint (for example the removal of too much material or the addition of too much material altering the tolerance of components)
- How Long is it Covered – Lifetime of the unaltered Complete Firearm, Upper or Lower Receiver
- How will it be Covered – All Deemed Defective Parts will be either Repaired or Replaced buy SIONICS
SIONICS Parts Warranty (Barrels, BCGs, LPKs etc.)
All SIONICS Weapon Systems Parts carry our Guarantee against defects in original materials and workmanship. If any SIONICS product shows evidence of such defects, we will fix, repair, or replace your product with that of an equal value product. SIONICS Weapon Systems does not warranty products or damage caused to our products by the correct or incorrect installation of other manufacturer’s products.
Product Assessment – The fit and function of SIONICS products may be dependent on the proper interface or fit with parts from other manufacturers. The quality control and properties of parts from other manufacturers is beyond our control as is the correct installation and/or adjustment of these parts. Should there be a question about the proper fit, operation or function of a SIONICS product, the part may be returned at the customer’s expense for inspection and warranty action if needed. If the product is not found to be defective, the inspection may be subject to a $35.00 Service Fee. No item may be returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number from our Customer Service Department.
RMA Policy – All returns must be received within 30 days of the RMA issuance; No returns will be accepted beyond that. If a warranty item is not returned within 30 days, a new RMA number must be issued. A new RMA number will not be issued for non-defective merchandise that is not returned within the initial 30 days.
Shipping Time and Priority Policy – Due to order volume, attention to the detail and the quality of your order, SIONICS Weapon Systems endeavors to manufacture and ship all Firearms, Lower Receivers and Upper Receivers within 112 to 126 Business Days. Most parts orders ship within 20 to 30 Business Days. For custom orders, this may be extended. It has long been our policy to “Triage” our orders. Law Enforcement Contracts are built and/or pulled to be shipped in an expedited manner. Please contact us to discuss expedited orders. To our fellow civilians, we value your business and support. Flat rate for Alaska is for parts only, and all Firearms will be charged an additional $65.00 upon time of shipment.
Tax Policy – SIONICS Weapon Systems is required by law to charge applicable Sales Tax for Online Orders. The order total during checkout may not reflect the Sales Tax that is applicable for your State. If SIONICS Weapon Systems needs to apply applicable Sales Tax to your order, it will be billed at the Time of Shipment. SIONICS Weapon Systems will send a confirmation/receipt for the additional charge via e-mail. SIONICS Weapon Systems calculates the Tax in accordance with applicable State and Local Laws. Generally, the Tax Rate is based on the type of Product or Service purchased and where your purchase is Shipped, Delivered or Picked Up. Assembly/Installation – The Assembly or Installation of firearm parts and components should only be performed by a Qualified Gunsmith or Certified Armorer. SIONICS Weapon Systems is not responsible for any injury or damage resulting from the improper installation or use of our products.
State Purchasing Acknowledgement – While the Federal Crime Bill of 1994 expired in 2004, some State and Local laws still prohibit the installation of collapsible Stocks, Flash Suppressors and possibly other items sold by SIONICS Weapon Systems. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the installation of any product is not prohibited in your area.
NFA Firearms – All items defined by the National Firearms Act of 1934 (Machine Guns, Short Barreled Rifles/Shotguns, Suppressors, Destructive Devices and Any Tther Weapon – AOW) will only be sold to a Government Agency or a properly licensed Manufacturer or Dealer. Sales of Machine Guns to an FFL/SOT holder will require a Letter of Demonstration.
Manufacture of Firearms – SIONICS will not manufacture or rebuild any firearm, receiver or serialized part for another manufacturer, without a BATFE approved Letter of Variance. Any “repair” work that changes the definition of a firearm (example: Work that changes a Semi-Automatic receiver to a Machine Gun) is considered manufacturing of the final product and will not be done without a BATFE approved Letter of Variance.
